Registration Guidelines
- Every accepted paper can have up to 6 pages in the final PDF. Additional pages (maximum 2) can be added for INR 500 per page.
- At least one author must register and present for inclusion in proceedings and IEEE Xplore.
- Each registration allows presentation of up to two accepted papers.
- Additional authors must register separately as non-presenting authors.
- Registration includes publication fees, conference kit, and lunch.
- Student registrants must upload Institute ID proof.
- IEEE members must upload valid membership card.
- Non-refundable registration fee must be paid before final submission.
Submission
Paper Submission Guidelines
All submissions should be written in English with a maximum paper length of Six (6) printed pages including figures and references. Papers exceeding 6 pages will not be accepted at ICETICT 2027.

To ensure publication of a paper in the Proceedings, at least one author has to register by submitting a normal registration fees including GST within deadline as indicated below.
